Lincoln Bradley has extensive experience in customer service and technical roles within the cycling and outdoor industries. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Team Lead at The Pro's Closet since October 2021, Lincoln has previously held positions as a Bicycle Technician at ProVelo Bicycles, Sales Manager at EPICENTER CYCLING LLC, and Mountain Bike Guide at Adventure Out LLC. Earlier experience includes roles at Canepa as a Sales Assistant and Technical Apprentice, as well as Quality Assurance and Customer Service Representative at OtterBox. Lincoln holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Colorado State University and a Wilderness First Responder certification from the National Outdoor Leadership School.
