Christina E. Schacht

Christina E. Schacht has an extensive work experience in various companies. Christina E. is currently the Director of Marketing and Product Management at The Protectoseal Company since September 2021. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2021, they worked at Culligan International as the Director of Global Product Management, where they directed the global strategy for residential and commercial softening and filtration products.

Before their time at Culligan International, they worked at nVent as the Product Management and Technology Application Director from 2015 to 2017, and as the Director of Product Management - Global from 2017 to 2018. At nVent, they were responsible for implementing software tools to enhance the digital customer experience.

From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Global Product Manager at Pentair. And prior to that, from 2002 to 2011, they worked at Briggs & Stratton in various roles including Project Manager - Engine and Snow Category, Global VOC Marketing Manager, New Product Development Engineer, and Quality Assurance Engineer.

Christina E. Schacht graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Certificate in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2002. Christina E. furthered their education by earning a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, Finance, and Real Estate from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Christina has obtained several certifications throughout their career. This includes completing the Leadership Development Program at Pentair through Dale Carnegie Training in March 2014, earning the Principles of Management certification from MRA - The Management Association in May 2009, and acquiring certifications in Managing Project Risks and Persuasion and Influencing Skills from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in September 2006.
