Joyce Arnouts is a scientist at The Protein Brewery since January 2020, bringing expertise in fermentation technology, downstream processing, and molecular biology. Prior to this role, Joyce worked at BioscienZ from November 2015 to January 2020 as a laboratory employee. Early career experiences include serving as a hospitality and service worker at Zwembad de Wildert from June 2010 to January 2017 and as a strawberry picker for Edwin Dictus between June 2005 and October 2015. Joyce holds a degree in Biomedical Laboratory Research with a focus on Biotechnology from Avans University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2015, and a Havo degree from Mencia de Mendoza, attained in 2010.
