Amy Duncan

Amy Duncan is an experienced professional in human capital strategy, currently serving as the Director of People Services at The Providencia Group since December 2021. In this role, Amy oversees employee relations, performance management, and compliance initiatives. Prior to this position, Amy spent over eight years as Regional Manager for NCR at First Coast Security, where responsibilities included leading human resources, compliance, training, and recruiting strategies, in addition to serving as the Facility Security Officer.
