Donna Silknitter

Donna Silknitter currently serves as Associate Chief Auditor at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) since September 2020, previously holding the position of Chief Auditor Assistant. Prior experience includes a tenure at PwC from July 2011 to September 2020, where Donna progressed from Senior Manager in Core Audit, focusing on large multi-national public and non-public insurance entities, to Managing Director in the Chief Auditor Network, specializing in health industries, pharmaceutical life sciences, and insurance. Earlier roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers included Manager in the insurance and banking group and Senior Associate. Donna holds three Bachelor’s Degrees in Marketing, Accounting, and Finance from the University of Delaware, earned between 2000 and 2004.
