Kim Mettelus

Kim Mettelus has extensive experience in the insurance and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Claims Consultant and previously as a Customer Service Representative at NAGICO Insurances since June 2018. Prior to this, Kim held the position of Auto Rental Supervisor at Hertz from August 2015 to June 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing rental and sales operations.
