Laura Porter

Laura Porter is an experienced professional in the field of quality assurance and academic governance, currently serving as the Quality Enhancement Manager at the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education since January 2021. Prior to this role, Laura held significant positions at Bath Spa University, where responsibilities included strategic leadership in academic governance as Head of Academic Governance and Policy and quality assurance as Deputy Head of Quality. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Qualifications Wales, Cranfield University, the University of Bristol, and the University of Wales, Newport, where Laura developed and implemented various academic policies and quality frameworks. Laura holds a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Bristol.
