Georgina Hooper

Georgina Hooper is an accomplished author, visual artist, and educator with extensive experience in the arts sector. Currently authoring books at The Quarto Group since July 2019, Georgina integrates expertise as an artist, educator, and researcher into writing. Prior roles include art teacher and head of the Art Department at Stuartholme School, lecturer at the University of Canberra, and instructor/guest lecturer at The University of Queensland. Georgina has also worked as a researcher and gallery hand at the University for the Creative Arts. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Neuroscience and Art History from The University of Queensland and various degrees in visual arts and education from Griffith University.
