Kathleen Sioui

Kathleen Sioui is a seasoned mineralogist currently employed at The Quartz Corp since January 2021. Prior to this role, Kathleen enjoyed a semi-retired phase from November 2019 to January 2021 and served as a Senior Research Mineralogist at both Sibelco Group from June 2018 to October 2019 and Unimin Corporation from September 1989 to June 2018. Kathleen's early career involved working as a Petroleum Transfer Specialist at North Amherst Gulf from 1986 to 1989, and as a Teaching Assistant at Mount Holyoke College and the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where duties included teaching labs in Intro Geology and contributing to Oceanography and Petrography classes. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from McGill University and a Master of Science in Geology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
