Whitney T.

Whitney T. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, strategy, and organizational design. Currently serving as the Managing Principal and Head of the Beyond Diversity Strategies Practice at Raben since April 2016, Whitney also holds the title of Counsel. Prior to this role, Whitney was the Executive Director at Green 2.0, focusing on advancing racial diversity in the environmental movement. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion at the National Parks Conservation Association, and various roles at the Environmental Defense Fund, including Senior Project Manager for the Oceans Program. Whitney's background encompasses legal internships and educational roles, with a JD from American University Washington College of Law and a BA in Political Science & Economics from Middlebury College.
