Vice President, People And Culture at The RADCO Companies ®

Janet Baildon has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent development. Janet began their career at RIA Solutions in 2004, where they worked as an Operations Manager for almost a decade. In 2013, they joined The RADCO Companies® as the Director of Human Resources and later progressed to the role of Director, Human Resources Business Partner. As of April 2021, Janet currently holds the position of Vice President, Talent Development at The RADCO Companies®. Additionally, they served as the Director of the Board of Directors at the Cobb Community Foundation from January 2020 to December 2021.

Janet Baildon completed their Associates in Business Administration from Georgia State University Perimeter College in the years 2005 to 2009. Following that, they pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Managerial Sciences from the Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, graduating between 2009 and 2012.
