Melissa Bay

Melissa Bay is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at The Radius Group since December 2019, after previously holding the position of Manager of People & Culture there. Prior to this role, Melissa worked at Creation Technologies from July 2013 to December 2019 as a Human Resources Generalist, focusing on cultural support for a large team. Melissa began their career at Boston Pizza in various roles, including Restaurant Manager and recruiter, where success led to a management promotion and opportunities in human resources. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
