The Ralph (Veterinary Referral Centre)
Kim Sheader has worked as the Head of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at The Ralph Veterinary Referral Centre PLC since October 2016. Before that, they worked as a Veterinary Physiotherapist at Davies Veterinary Specialists from May 2012 to August 2016. Kim Sheader earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Hertfordshire between 1997 and 2000. Additionally, between 2010 and 2012, Kim obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Veterinary Physiotherapy from the Royal Veterinary College.

We are an independent, compassionate and ethical-practice focused veterinary referral centre for dogs and cats located in Marlow, Buckinghamshire (on the M4/M40 corridor to the west of London). We opened our doors in February 2019. Our services include Emergency and Critical Care (which operates 24-7-365), Internal Medicine, Orthopaedics, Soft-Tissue Surgery, Ophthalmology, Oncology, Diagnostic Imaging, Cardiology, Neurology and Neurosurgery, Dentistry, Anaesthesia and Analgesia, and Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation.
