Victor Pena

Victor Pena is currently the Director of Clinical Services at The Ranch at Dove Tree, where Victor also serves as the TreeHouse Program Manager. In this role, Victor oversees staff and clients, delegates tasks, leads staff meetings, and documents client progress. Prior to this, Victor worked as a Lead Field Representative at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Victor holds a Master's degree in Couple, Marriage, and Family Therapy from Texas Tech University.
