Ravi Dhareshwar

Ravi Dhareshwar is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of IT at The Rawlings Group since 2024, Ravi previously held positions such as Executive Director of Digital Transformation at MKS Vision Group, and Director of Information Technology at RUDD Equipment. Earlier roles include Senior IT Manager at GE Appliances, Senior Director of IT at Valiant Management and Holdings, and IT Manager at voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation. Ravi's career began as a Software Engineer at International Data Management and later at Baan, where leadership and software development roles were pivotal. Ravi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Mumbai.
