Jim Sele

Jim Sele has extensive experience in hotel management, currently serving as General Manager at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in St. Paul since November 2019, after successfully opening the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Madison from October 2018 to November 2019, where significant achievements included reaching over 100% RevPAR index within three months. Previously, Jim held General Manager positions at the Courtyard by Marriott Moorhead and Hampton Inn locations, demonstrating strong leadership by managing teams of up to 90 associates and consistently achieving high service scores, including a Platinum Award for service excellence. Jim began a career in hospitality with roles including Assistant General Manager and Guest Services Lead at Courtyard by Marriott Moorhead. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in History from North Dakota State University.
