Jan Fitzgerald Jensen, SHRM - SCP has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Jan is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at The Raymond Group since March 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Adelson, Testan, Brundo, Novell & Jimenez from October 2015 to March 2019. Before that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Elkay Plastics from January 2012 to October 2015. Jan also worked as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Versacold from July 2007 to January 2012 and as the Benefits Manager at the same company from 2003 to 2007. Jan started their career at Paramount Pictures as a Benefits Coordinator, where they worked from 1999 to 2003.
Jan Fitzgerald Jensen, SHRM - SCP, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Development from California State University, Long Beach from 1993 to 1998. They also earned another Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development from the same institution. Jan Fitzgerald Jensen further enhanced their education by obtaining the certification of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in January 2020.
