Alfredo Solarte Angulo

Alfredo Solarte Angulo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and strategic thinking across various industries. Since October 2013, Alfredo has served as the Owner Manager of XL Ideas and has concurrently contributed as a Senior Associate Consultant for The RBL Group since January 2023. At Los Andes University, Alfredo has been a speaker and teacher in strategic thinking and related topics since 1993. In addition, Alfredo holds the position of Associate Director for Operational Excellence at Bip Colombia since September 2019. Previous roles include General Manager at Camarth Construction and COO at PROENFAR, among others. Alfredo's educational background includes a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes and a Master's degree in International Business from EOI Business School.
