Erin Wilson Burns serves as Principal Consultant and Executive Coach at The RBL Group since February 2008, focusing on enhancing leadership and strategic HR capabilities for a diverse clientele including AARP, IBM, and Nike. Prior roles at The RBL Group include Director of Product Development & Client Relations and Manager of Product Development, where Erin drove product strategies and developed leadership modules and assessments. Previous experience includes being a Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche, enhancing executive succession planning, and an internship at Ford Motor Company, where leadership training for supervisors was coordinated. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in Political Science and English from Brigham Young University.
