Kerry B. Haley

In the role of Principal of RBR, Kerry Haley brings extensive strategic, operational and managerial acumen to solving complex problems in the global energy, industrial processing and civilian infrastructure industries. Haley has led teams in the application of systems engineering principles and methods to the design and execution processes of complex projects in multiple sectors globally.

Recently she held an interim SVP role responsible for Engineering, Design & Construction & Network Operations for a leading telecommunications company in the design, deployment, and operation of one of the largest neutral-host communications networks in the world located throughout New York City’s transit infrastructure.

In addition, Haley serves on the Industry Council of the Project Production Institute whose mission is to radically improve the execution of large capital projects across a variety of industries including oil & gas, renewable energy, civilian infrastructure, industrial processing, technology and mining, through the application of operations science.

Prior to this, she held executive positions at Strategic Project Solutions, Better Place, Inc., Frontier Communications (NYSE: FTR), CRI, Inc. and SkyPilot Networks (acquired by Trilliant). She earned her BSc. International Finance from Santa Clara University.
