Carol Mase

Carol Mase is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, organizational innovation, and product development within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently a Partner at The Ready since December 2020 and a Certified OKR and Executive Coach at Cairn Consulting since October 2000, Carol has also contributed to OKRs.com and Gear Stream, Inc. With a strong background in marketing and strategic planning, Carol held significant roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, including Director of Global Marketing and New Product Development, and served as International Director of the Product Development Unit CNS at Bayer. Carol's educational credentials include degrees from Michigan State University and further studies at the University of Saskatchewan.
