Sara Valasek

Sara Valasek is a seasoned professional in organizational design and transformation, currently serving as a Partner at The Ready since July 2021. Previously, Sara held leadership positions in various companies, including Director of Associate Communications at Bon Secours Mercy Health and Senior Director of Lean Growth at The Garage Group, where the focus was on helping large companies innovate and grow by adopting entrepreneurial strategies. Earlier experience at dunnhumby encompassed roles as Director of Advocacy Solutions and Director of Personalized Media Solutions, where Sara advised clients on personalized media strategies. Experience also includes positions at Possible Worldwide, Empower MediaMarketing, OMD USA, Mindshare, and Publicis, showcasing a robust background in client strategy, media planning, and integrated marketing. Sara Valasek holds a B.S.J. in Journalism with a focus on International Business and French from Ohio University and completed the altMBA program in 2019.
