James Whelan

James Whelan has held various high-level positions in economic development and public affairs, including President of REBNY, Chief of Staff at the NYC Mayor's Office, and Executive Director of NYC and Company/Hudson Yards Coalition. James has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from New York University and a law degree from Fordham University School of Law.
