Jay Ackerman

Jay Ackerman serves as the Director of Special Initiatives and Director of Outreach at the Real Estate Board of New York since December 2019. Previously, Jay held the position of Deputy Chief of Staff at the New York City Council from January 2018 to December 2019 and has extensive experience in campaign management and community engagement. Notable roles include Campaign Manager & Field Director at BrownMillerGroup, Associate at Global Strategy Group, and engagement roles with the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs and the Iowa Democratic Party.
