Lance Dietz

Lance Dietz is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Partner and Principal at KB Partners since April 2018. In addition to this role, Lance is a Kauffman Fellow (Class 28) with Kauffman Fellows as of June 2023 and holds multiple board positions, including with The Realest, BookSeats, KAYA Climb, Goss, Stadium Live Studios, StatusPRO, and Compliable. Moreover, Lance serves as a board observer for Alkeme Health Co. since October 2020. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point, complemented by a semester abroad at Universidad Diego Portales.
