Ashley Okun

Ashley Okun is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in merchandising operations and management. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Merchandising Operations at The RealReal since April 2022, Ashley has previously held significant roles at DoorDash, where responsibilities included Senior Associate for Merchant Experience and Senior Manager for Drive Live Operations. Earlier positions include District Manager at ALDI USA and Executive Team Leader at Target, along with senior managerial roles at Neiman Marcus Group and Bloomingdale's. Ashley began a career in operations and marketing with key roles at College Financial Aid Advisors, Cut & Sew, Inc., Rogers & Cowan, and American Rebel PR. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Marketing from San Diego State University.
