Dorrie Goodman

Dorrie Goodman is a seasoned professional in sales enablement and training, currently serving as Principal Sales Enablement Partner at The RealReal since August 2017. Dorrie has held multiple roles within the company, including Director and Associate Director of Sales Training & Enablement, and Senior Manager of Talent & Development. Prior to The RealReal, Dorrie worked at AG Jeans as an Account Manager, where responsibilities included market appointments, team management, and hosting knowledge seminars. Dorrie began a career at Bloomingdale's as a Sales Manager, focusing on training sales representatives and managing key vendor relationships, and has prior experience as a Marketing Intern at Liz Claiborne, Inc. Dorrie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Retail Management from Syracuse University.
