Kelly McSweeney

Kelly McSweeney is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in merchandise management and account executive roles. Currently serving as the Senior Merchandise Manager for Women's at The RealReal since May 2019, McSweeney has progressed through various positions, including Merchandise Manager for Women's and for Handbags, Shoes & Accessories. Prior to this, McSweeney held the Senior Account Executive position at The Row from June 2016 to May 2019 and worked at Alexander Wang Inc. as an Account Executive and Merchandiser, as well as the Executive Assistant to the Creative Director between January 2014 and June 2016. Early career experience includes working as an Account Executive at Lambert + Associates, a retail consultancy known for its strategic services to luxury retailers. McSweeney holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
