Ryan H. currently serves as the Director of Vendor & Strategic Partnerships at The RealReal, a position held since July 2022, after also holding the role of Associate Director in the same department. Prior to The RealReal, Ryan worked at Tory Burch from November 2018 to July 2022 as a Senior Buyer for various categories including Ready-to-Wear and Accessories, and earlier as a Digital Buyer. Experience also includes a role as a Buyer at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, focusing on diverse product categories, as well as positions at ABC Carpet & Home, Gilt Groupe, and DOVINI LTD. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising/Multimedia Design from Pepperdine University and has further education from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
