Sefu Dawson

Sefu Dawson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail management and leadership. Currently serving as Senior Manager of L&D and Communication at The RealReal since September 2020, Sefu coordinates and executes retail communications while overseeing training initiatives for the retail team. Prior to this role, Sefu held various leadership positions, including Head of Shop since June 2004 and Flagship General Manager at both Roots and TOPSHOP TOPMAN. Sefu's career began at Abercrombie & Fitch, where an impressive range of roles, from general manager to district manager, was undertaken from 2001 to 2014. Sefu holds a Bachelor of Arts in American History from the University of Michigan, with education completed from 1994 to 1999.
