Suzie Ballard

Suzie Ballard is an experienced Operations Director currently leading operations at the rec hub since January 2022. Prior to this role, Suzie was a self-employed consultant from June 2016 to March 2022, following a decade-long career at Staffgroup, where responsibilities included overseeing the Operations function that facilitated the company’s growth to a £54 million turnover business. As part of a three-member Due Diligence Team, Suzie played a critical role in the legal, compliance, and operational aspects of Staffgroup's sale to Cordant in June 2015. Suzie also held various positions at Staffgroup Ltd from 2005 to March 2016, including Operations Director and Operations Manager at Eurostaff Group, contributing to its recognition in the Sunday Times Fast Track. Earlier experience includes serving as a Personal Assistant to Directors at BIW Technologies. Suzie's educational background features a course in Financial Drivers from Hult Ashridge and a Prince2 Practitioner qualification from ILX Group.
