Dan Ford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service leadership and order management. Currently serving as Customer Service Team Lead at RectorSeal since July 2021, Dan previously held the same position at Haltermann Solutions™ from February 2019 to May 2020. Dan's career began at Ricoh USA, Inc., where a role as Order Management Specialist II was held from July 2005 to March 2018. Dan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Houston-Downtown, completed between 1997 and 2000, and has prior education at the University of Oklahoma from 1990 to 1993.
