Emily Lee, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the People Ops Manager at The Recycling Partnership, focusing on enhancing the employee experience in collaboration with the Sr. Director of People Ops. Previously, Emily held the role of Human Resources Director at Integrated Systems Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included managing corporate operations and coordinating departmental activities. Prior positions include Program Manager and Proposal Writer, where analytical skills and proposal management were utilized, as well as a Guest Service Team Lead at Target, coordinating customer service for a large team. Emily has also gained experience as a Training Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, Sales Assistant, Multimedia Publicist, and Intern, steadily building a diverse skill set in operations, human resources, and customer service. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from James Madison University.
