Jelena Rajak

Jelena Rajak is currently the People Ops and Compensation & Benefits Manager at Insightful, a position held since October 2020, after previously serving as the People and General Operations Manager. Jelena has extensive experience in executive business support, having worked at TradeCore from April 2017 to June 2020 in various roles including Executive Business Associate, Operations Manager, and Office Manager, where responsibilities included employer branding, event management, and corporate communication. Prior roles included Independent Consultant at Cardno International Development, PR Assistant at Chapter4, Office Assistant at the Serbian Association of Managers, Project Assistant at USAID Business Enabling Project, and an internship with the City Administration of the City of Belgrade. Jelena holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration, Local Self-Governance, and Public Policy from the University of Belgrade, among other academic qualifications.
