Ayman Khalawi

Ayman Khalawi is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background across various industries. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Red Sea Global since November 2023, Khalawi previously held significant roles including Head of People & Culture at Balich Wonder Studio and Torch Relay Deputy Director at Saudi Games. With extensive experience at the Saudi Water Sports & Diving Federation, Ayman successfully managed business development initiatives and a multicultural team. Previous positions include Director of Human Resources at Madina National Hospital, where a comprehensive HR transformation plan was created for a large workforce, and Head of Human Resources at United Spectrums Holding Company, overseeing major HR functions. Ayman's educational background includes ongoing CIPD Chartered membership in Human Resources Development and a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from Quinnipiac University.
