David Walsh

David Walsh is an experienced construction and cost management professional currently serving as a Manager at Red Sea Global since July 2022. With extensive expertise in cost management, David Walsh has also held positions as a Senior Cost Manager at NPS NW and Turner & Townsend, as well as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Gleeds. David Walsh's career began at Gleeds as a Quantity Surveyor, where responsibilities included pre and post contract measurement, costing, and developing tender documents. David Walsh also gained international experience while working as a Cost Controller for FAST JV in Perth, Western Australia, contributing to BHP Billiton Iron Ore's multi-billion dollar projects. David Walsh holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Quantity Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University.
