Eng-Mohammed Al Fardan has over 19 years of work experience in various roles related to procurement and supply chain management. Currently, they are working as the Head of Procurement at Red Sea Global since January 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director - Procurement from January 2022 to January 2024. Eng-Mohammed also worked as the Senior Director of Procurement at Red Sea Global from May 2020 to December 2021.

Before joining Red Sea Global, Eng-Mohammed Al Fardan worked at AL-AYUNI Investment and Contracting Company. Eng-Mohammed held the position of Vice President, Supply Chain Management from January 2018 to May 2020 and Director, Sourcing & Procurement from May 2017 to January 2018.

From 2006 to 2017, Eng-Mohammed Al Fardan worked at Haif Company where they held various positions. Eng-Mohammed served as the Procurement & Contracts Director from June 2010 to May 2017. Eng-Mohammed was also the Owner's Representative / Projects Coordinator in Dubai from 2006 to 2007, where they were responsible for project execution and overseeing company administration. From 2007 to 2010, they represented the owner and dealt with clients, consultants, government authorities, and other business ventures on behalf of the company.

Eng-Mohammed Al Fardan started their career at Ijzala Contracting CO as a Project Manager from February 2003 to November 2006. Eng-Mohammed was responsible for handling projects from tendering to completion and dealt with government authorities.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Site Engineer / Project Engineer at Binjarallah Group from June 2002 to September 2003.

Eng-Mohammed Al Fardan holds certifications in CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), CPPM (Certified Professional Purchasing Manager), and CISCC (Certified International Supply Chain Consultant).

Eng-Mohammed Al Fardan completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering from King Faisal University (Dammam) between 1997 and 2002. Eng-Mohammed also obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in 2020.
