Bernhard Oberbauer

Bernhard Oberbauer currently serves as Head of Procurement & Contracting at Vioneo and as CTO & Owner of ROK Green Development, both positions held since April 2025. As CEO & Owner of Hexagon Handelsgesellschaft mbH since June 2012, Bernhard also held the role of Project Director for Joint Ventures & Growth Projects at Borealis from February 2023 to October 2025. Between January 2019 and February 2023, Bernhard was the Chief Procurement Officer at Borealis AG, and previously served as OPEX Manager Engineering at Borealis Polyolefine GmbH, focusing on improving engineering processes for European projects. With extensive experience in technical procurement and project management, Bernhard has also held various engineering and managerial roles at Tecon Engineering, Engineering Ramharter GmbH, and ASTRA Bau GmbH. Bernhard holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering and Power Electronics from Technische Universität Wien and completed a qualification examination for engineering consulting in electrical engineering in 2019.
