Maya Ibrahim Barri

Maya Ibrahim Barri currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Red Sea Global, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this, Maya held similar roles as Human Resources Director at AMC Cinemas KSA from August 2021 to June 2023 and as Senior Human Capital Manager and Organizational Development Manager at the Public Investment Fund (PIF) between February 2020 and July 2021. Maya's experience includes Talent Development Manager at Emaar, The Economic City, focusing on talent and leadership development, and Group Organizational Development Manager at TAMER, where significant contributions were made to organizational initiatives. Earlier roles include Organizational Development Manager and Assistant Manager Compensation and Benefits at Red Sea Gateway Terminal, as well as Human Resources Officer. Maya holds an MBA from the University of Business & Technology and a BBA in Human Resources Management from Effat University.
