Phil Hunter

Phil Hunter is an accomplished commercial director with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Commercial Director at Red Sea Global since February 2024. Prior to this role, Phil held the position of Commercial Director at Partner Construction LTD from April 2019 to January 2024, and at GALLIFORD TRY PARTNERSHIPS NORTH LIMITED from January 2018 to March 2019. Phil's career includes significant roles such as Head of Commercial and Commercial Manager at Galliford Try Partnerships North, alongside a progression from Senior Quantity Surveyor to Commercial Director in various firms. Phil began a career in quantity surveying after earning a BSc Hons in Commercial Quantity Surveying from Northumbria University between 2005 and 2010.
