Rob MacKay

Rob Mackay is an experienced construction management professional currently serving as Associate Director at Red Sea Global, overseeing a 150-key, six-star hotel project since January 2024. Prior to this role, Rob worked as Project Director at Ballymore from May 2022 to November 2023 and also held positions at Lodha Group as Project Manager for the Holland Park Gate Project in Kensington, London, and at Ballymore as both Project Manager and Project Planner for the London City Island phase 2. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Project Engineer at Mirvac on the Unison and Arthouse apartment projects, Project Engineer at Lend Lease on the Gold Coast University Hospital, and Site Coordinator at Salta Constructions for the Raine Square Commercial Office Tower. Rob holds a Bachelor of Construction Management degree from the University of Newcastle, earned between 2004 and 2007.
