Shah Raees Khan (Ph.D.

Shah Raees Khan possesses extensive experience in environmental planning and appraisal across various organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Environmental Planning and Appraisal Manager at The Red Sea Development Company since August 2022, Shah has previously held positions as Senior Environmental Advisor at the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu and as an Environmental Advisor at EnviroLead Canada. Additional roles include Environmental Advisor positions at Talisman Energy and Chevron/Apache, as well as leadership as Sr. Environmental Scientist at Biophilia. Shah's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD.) in Environment and Natural Resources Management from the University of Manitoba, along with a Master of Arts in International Development from Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the Pakistan Forest Institute.
