Brian Pierce

Brian Pierce is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Civil Superintendent at The Redland Company, Inc. since February 2019, Brian has previously held roles as Superintendent at Prime Construction Company, Inc., Operations Manager and Project Manager at Austin American Awning, Field Engineer at SHAVERS-WHITTLE CONSTRUCTION, LLC, and Underground Foreman at Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC. Brian began their career as a Heavy Equipment Operator with the International Union of Operating Engineers Local No 12 and has also served as Fueler/Oiler for Teamsters Local 986 and as a Marine in the United States Marine Corps. Education includes an Associate’s degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Tampa.
