Eddie Alvarez

Eddie Alvarez currently serves as the Business Development Manager at The Redland Company, Inc. since November 2025. Prior to this role, Eddie worked as an Outside Sales Representative for Vulcan Materials Company from April 2020 to November 2025, and held positions as Sales Manager and Regional Sales Representative at Allied Trucking Of Florida from February 2016 to March 2020. Eddie began a career in real estate as a Real Estate Broker Associate with AMA Realty Group from March 2014 to January 2016. Eddie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from UCF College of Business between 2011 and 2013 and obtained a CCIM designation in Commercial Real Estate from the CCIM Institute between 2016 and 2018. Early education was completed at Christopher Columbus High School from 2004 to 2008.
