They have also worked for various companies, such as Ernst & Young, The Timken Company, Goerlich Solutions Group, University-HQ, Ross Environmental Services, Tiburon Technologies, Content Hunter, thunder::tech, The Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club, cleveland.com, and MeyerDC. In terms of education, the team members have degrees from The Art Institutes, Grove City College, Ohio University, and The Ohio State University.
