Head Of Rent And Service Charges at The Regenda Group

Helen Beckett has over 18 years of work experience in various roles related to rent and service charge management. Helen is currently working as the Head of Rent and Service Charges at The Regenda Group. Prior to that, they worked at Great Places Housing Group as a Rents & Service Charge Manager and later as a Charges Manager (Projects). Helen also served as an Interim Service Charge and Leasehold Specialist, where they were responsible for improving service provisions and achieving performance targets. Before joining Great Places Housing Group, Helen worked at Your Housing Group as an Asset Transactions Manager, managing over 1000 Variable Service Charge scheme accounts and Leasehold account management. Helen has also worked at The Guinness Partnership as a Rent & Service Charge Setting Manager, overseeing a team and setting property variable service charge budgets. At Calico, Helen started as an Income Officer and was eventually promoted to Income & Financial Inclusion Manager, where they developed policies and procedures for income management and cross functional services. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in rent and service charge management, strategic planning, and delivering quality services.

Helen Beckett has a diverse education history that spans several years and covers various fields of study. Their educational journey began in 1991 at Moorhead High School, where they obtained a GCSE degree with a focus on subjects such as Art, Graphic Design, Mathematics (higher level), Science (Double award), English (Double award), and Geography.

Following their time at Moorhead High School, Helen attended Blackburn College (UK) from 1996 to 1998, where they pursued A levels with a specialization in Art/Art Studies.

In 1998, Helen enrolled at the University of Central Lancashire, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management. Their time at the university lasted until 2001.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Helen continued their academic pursuits and received a Higher National Certificate (HNC) degree in Housing Practice from the University of Salford. This program lasted from 2006 to 2008.

In 2008, Helen pursued a Foundation degree in Housing Studies from the same institution, the University of Salford, which they completed in 2010.

During this period, Helen also attended Liverpool John Moores University in 2010 and earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Delivering financial inclusion to low-income communities.

In recent years, Helen enrolled at Kaplan Professional. Helen started in 2019 and completed the CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting by 2021. Currently, they are enrolled in the CIMA - Operational level program, specializing in Accounting and Finance.
