Sarah Oppenheimer

Sarah Oppenheimer is a seasoned professional in communications and policy, currently serving as the Director of Communication, Policy and Partnerships at the Regulatory Assistance Project since July 2025. Prior to this role, Sarah held several key positions at the Global Strategic Communications Council from October 2020 to July 2025, including Senior Manager for Europe and Acting Europe Director. Sarah's experience includes serving as the Spain Lead for the European Climate Foundation and working as a strategy and communications consultant. Previous roles also include Head of Programmes at Feedback Global and various positions at RSPB and Friends of the Earth, where expertise in environmental policy and campaigns was developed. Sarah Oppenheimer holds a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) from the University of Oxford and a Master of Science in Conservation Biology from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
