Beth Bahr, SPHR SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Beth currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c., where they lead various HR functions such as talent recruiting and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational development. Beth is responsible for maintaining effective HR operations and implementing HR systems to better serve internal clients.

Prior to their current role, Beth held positions as the Senior Director and Director of Human Resources at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c., where they gained extensive experience in managing HR operations and driving employee engagement.

Before joining Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c., Beth served as the Director of Human Resources at Froedtert South, where they provided HR services and support to the St. Catherine's campus and associated clinics. Beth was responsible for consulting on employee relations issues, recruitment, policy review, and the coordination of an employee advisory council.

Beth also worked at Northwestern Mutual as an Assistant Director of Human Resources, where they served as a business partner to executive leaders and provided HR services such as coaching, staffing planning, and employee relations support.

Earlier in their career, Beth held the position of SVP of Human Resources & Marketing at Southport Bank, where they headed the HR and marketing functions and played a key role in CEO transitions, organizational restructuring, and strategic development. Beth also served as the Corporate Secretary.

Beth's career began at State Financial Services Corporation/State Financial Bank, where they served as the Vice President and HR Director. Their responsibilities included driving performance and engagement through the implementation of balanced scorecard and compensation and benefits plans linked to corporate goals. Beth also successfully managed workforce transitions during mergers and acquisitions.

Beth Bahr, SPHR SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dramatic Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Beth later pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Marquette University, completing their studies from 1998 to 2003.

In addition to their academic achievements, Beth Bahr has obtained several certifications relevant to their field. In 2001, they became certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) by HRCI. Furthermore, in 2015, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.

Furthermore, Beth Bahr has recently become a member of the SHRM Executive Network, obtaining their membership in December 2022.
