Jeanmarie Kapp

Jeanmarie Kapp has been with The Renaissance Companies since 1990, serving as the Chief Operating Officer. With over 20 years of senior management experience, Jeanmarie plays a key role in overseeing company operations, providing guidance for various departments, and serving as the Owner’s Representative for development projects. Prior to joining The Renaissance Companies, Jeanmarie worked at Lake Shore National Bank as an Administrative Assistant from 1981 to 1989.
