The HR Team at The Rent Company is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and professional development. Key team members include an HR Advisor, who provides strategic guidance on HR policies and practices; an HR & Office Manager, who oversees daily operations and administrative functions; and an HR Assistant, who supports HR activities and maintains employee records. Together, they ensure a productive and supportive work environment.
